Tela + Dalynn :UNFILTERED LOVE AT INDUSTRY

There is something truly special about photographing a couple whose love for each other is completely effortless. Tela and Dalynn’s wedding at INDUSTRY in downtown Indianapolis was a breathtaking celebration filled with unscripted joy, deep emotion, and moments that made the entire day unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and warm, filled with the easy laughter of friends who were there to surround the couple with love. INDUSTRY’s chic, brick-and-beam aesthetic served as the perfect modern backdrop for a day focused entirely on genuine connections, family, and timeless romance.  

Before the ceremony, we spent time capturing their getting-ready moments followed by dedicated couples portraits. Doing their portraits together beforehand allowed Tela and Dalynn to share an intimate, relaxed moment with each other before the whirlwind of the evening began. Their natural chemistry made my job seamless—every laugh, glance, and embrace felt completely organic and candid. We then transitioned into group portraits with their bridal parties, keeping the energy light and setting a joyful tone that carried through the rest of the day.  

When it came time for the ceremony, Tela and Dalynn made the intentional, beautiful choice to walk down the aisle together. Hand in hand, their joint entrance set an incredibly powerful and moving tone for the rest of the service. Surrounded by the warmth of their closest friends and family, they exchanged vows in a ceremony that felt deeply personal from start to finish.

Right after the ceremony, we gathered everyone together for family formals. Capturing those cherished moments with their loved ones immediately following the vows felt seamless and kept the joyful momentum going as the celebration transitioned into the reception.  

The reception kicked off with an energetic grand entrance, leading right into the toasts. Heartfelt, emotional speeches from both mothers and Dalynn added a deep layer of intimacy that left hardly a dry eye in the room before transitioning into their sweet first dance.

Tela and Dalynn’s wedding was a beautiful reminder of why I love capturing candid, authentic stories. Congratulations to the new Mrs. and Mrs.!
